Lead end-to-end UX for a consumer-facing investment platform across web and mobile, from problem framing and flows to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff. Built and implemented a Unified Design System that reduced inconsistencies, improved developer handoff, and helped teams ship faster with clearer standards. Redesigned onboarding and eKYC, reducing completion time to under 3 minutes and making a regulated journey easier for first-time investors. Use research inputs, usability feedback, analytics, and stakeholder reviews to improve activation, conversion, trust, and overall product clarity. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance to balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory accuracy. Designed enterprise, BFSI, and consumer-facing digital platforms for large-scale insurance and banking clients. Delivered UX for claims management, dashboards, and community features for IIFL LivLong 365, with attention to clarity, trust, and repeat usage. Led brand guidelines and governance tools for Union Bank of India to improve digital consistency across customer and internal touchpoints. Conducted user research, usability testing, stakeholder reviews, and iterative design refinement before handoff.

Designed multiple SaaS products with a focus on efficient flows, clear interaction patterns, and scalable product structure.
